(although a lot of the gear is the WHM af3+2 more due to laziness than anything else). with me actually controlling bother, I tend to overcure anyway, so the curepotency only fills what refresh and max mp doesn't. You might also want a max mp with refresh depending on what you are doing. Like others have said, cure potency and refresh gear are your priorities.
I don't know how people with windower don't fall asleep if they have automated all the stuff I do manually. I am actually shocked at how relaxing the game is when I play one char. That said, I have been 2boxing this way for YEARS, and it is fine. although I am probably closer than ever to making a change.
I actually play this way, and have been windower free thus far on principle. If you don't go the windower route, you pretty much have to have 2 machines. I suppose it depends on how automated you get in your setup cough. It takes a long time to get used to whatever keybinds are setup and the whole dual boxing thing, but once you get into it, it makes the game more fast paced and fun for me, and definitely opens up a lot of content to do without finding a group. If you wanted to use your controller, I think you'd have to use something like xpadder to map buttons on your controller to keys on the keyboard, and then bind those keys on the keyboard to windower as I said above. If you wanted to bind to your G keys, I believe there's a plugin that lets you do that called binder or something, but I've never used it. This binds //send nekachu /follow Miang to the Alt +. To bind things I use the init.txt file and add a line such as: bind !. Personally I prefer keybinds as they don't have the lag of bringing up the macro palette and it leaves your macro palette free for all your normal stuff. That's something you can put directly in a macro or you can keybind. for sending commands to my whm called nekachu it's The addon for windower 4 is called send and the syntax is //send charname command i.e. Check out the new 1-119 guide on BG Wiki.
